Don’t be. Black Soldier Flies (BSF) are completely safe - they don’t bite, sting, or spread disease. They’re nature’s unsung heroes of sustainable recycling.
More Larvae Facts:
They can eat twice their weight in food waste every single day.
They are just one of four main stages in the complete lifecycle, which lasts around 45 days.
They can contain high levels of both protein and calcium, making them excellent for animal feed.
