Pawfoo was born from the winning idea of The Hungry Games 2021, an inaugural food manufacturing student case competition organised by StartupX and Enterprise Singapore. Their main aim was dedicated to humanizing the pet snacking experience while alleviating the world’s problem of food waste.

They achieve this by sourcing human-grade and highly nutritious ingredients that local food manufacturers would normally dispose of due to aesthetic reasons or excess stock. These ingredients are then upcycled into a variety of tasty pet treats that range from pet parfaits to biscuits and have been validated by vets.
